In the Color page go to the video screen, right mouse click on the frame you want to export and select grab still. In the Stills panel right click on the still and export to your desired format. Options are grayed out in Resolve 15. Nothing under View, nothing under Clip, nothing under Gallery. Read the fine manual. To capture a screenshot in Resolve, go to the “Color” page. Click on the “Clips” tab under the menu toolbar. Select the clip from the timeline, right-click on the timeline viewer > and select “Grab Still”. Go to the “Gallery” tab on the left, right-click on the still, and export to png.Make sure you video drivers are up to date, and under Preferences-Memory and GPU, try unchecking Use GPU Scopes. I would clear the markers and re-run the job in the render queue which reset the IN/OUT markers. After Clearing the IN/OUT markers, make sure to delete any jobs in the render queue and re-add them. The full res stills are stored separately in the Still path, as defined by the first path in Preferences - System - Media Storage, or manually in a project in the Project Settings - Master Settings - Working Folders area. .
